hi, this is a common problem when you change to a different network all you need to do is contact your new network provider and ask them to send you the correct internet and mms settings they send you these via text message and this will the n update your phone giving you access to what you need.
You can also send these settings to your phone using your providers website as they usually have this settings to send to your phone via their website.

Ok on the phone go to the main menu and select services. Then select Data account.
Select GPRS
Select any profile by highlighting and then select edit.
Type in the following settings
Account Name: O2 mms
APN: wap.o2.co.uk (contract customers) or payandgo.o2.co.uk (pay-as-you-go customers) Username: o2wap (contract customers) or payandgo (pay-as-you-go customers) Password: password
Save settings or select done.
Go back to the main menu and select messaging.
Select mms
Select MMS settings
Select server profile
Select correct sim
Edit any profile by highlighting and selecting edit
Enter the following settings:
Authentication: Normal Homepage: http://mmsc.mms.o2.co.uk:8002 Data bearer: GPRS
Data account: O2 MMS
Connection type: WAP Gateway IP (proxy) address: 193.113.200.195 Port number: 8080 or 9201 Username: o2wap (contract customers) or payandgo (pay-as-you-go customers) Password: password Save profile, select "activate profile" Try to send a picture message to your own profile. If it sends, you are good to go!
I think the problem here is with your connection. I understand that you have the right settings from your operator...however you should check with them to see if your line is data enabled for MMS (this is how your pictures are sent....in an MMS message).
