We stored our Keurig over the summer and just got it out to use this fall and it won't pump water. We did the "descaling" and still nothing. Right now it is soaking with CLR in it...any other suggestions before we toss it in the garbage??

This worked well for my Platinum series Keurig. It has not failed since and I "brush" the filter under the reservoir when I change the filter in the water reservoir.
I seem to be having the same problem :( it sounds like the water is going through the system however the water level in the reservoir doesnt seem to be going down i have tried to remove the tank several times nothing seems to be working
The water reservoir tank probably isn't seating properly. Try wiggling the tank a bit and if that doesn't do the trick, completely remove the water reservoir and then replace it. Once it's seated properly, it should start drawing water and brew as designed. This seems to be a design flaw with this particular model, so periodic adjusting of the water reservoir may be necessary to ensure it is seated properly if your problem persists. Hope that helps! Best of luck...
