Keurig B60 won't pump water

We stored our Keurig over the summer and just got it out to use this fall and it won't pump water. We did the "descaling" and still nothing. Right now it is soaking with CLR in it...any other suggestions before we toss it in the garbage??

This worked well for my Platinum series Keurig. It has not failed since and I "brush" the filter under the reservoir when I change the filter in the water reservoir.

The water reservoir tank probably isn't seating properly. Try wiggling the tank a bit and if that doesn't do the trick, completely remove the water reservoir and then replace it. Once it's seated properly, it should start drawing water and brew as designed. This seems to be a design flaw with this particular model, so periodic adjusting of the water reservoir may be necessary to ensure it is seated properly if your problem persists. Hope that helps! Best of luck...

No water coming out of keurig

You need to descale it. Mine usually just stops working like that without the descale light coming on until after I start the descale procedure (go figure). This is from the Keurig website. Don't bother starting until after you get a bottle of white vinegar...in fact, get TWO bottles because you will probably need it again in the future.

My keurig b60 says prime

This can go out by draw out some hot water. However if this happens very often then you need to perform a descale. The brewer should be descaled at least every 3-6 months. Scale is harmless, but if left unattended, it can hinder optimal brewer performance. Descaling your brewer regularly helps maintain the heating element, removable water reservoir and other parts of the brewer that come in contact with water. Better water quality and water heating means a better cup of coffee, tea, hot cocoa or iced beverage. We recommend descaling your brewer at least every 6 months (every 3 months if your water has a high mineral content). The descaling process involves using 48 ounces of undiluted white vinegar. Learn how to descale your brewer.

Have you descaled the brewer? The internal tank builds up mineral deposits from the water and that causes the short cupping you are describing. You should be descaling about once every 3 months or so. The instructions are in your manual.

When I descaled my b60 I also used a paper clip to clean out a possibe clog in the little bottom drainage tube. The help I received suggested I also use the paper clip to check the top tube which I didn't know about. I did this and now it works fine...thanks for your help.
