If no driver is available try using the older OS software in Compatibility Mode
Right click on the webcam icon on your desktop or the software file from 'All Programs' - select 'Properties'
Select the 'Compatibility' tab
Select 'Compatibility Mode'
Use the dropbox to show the OS
Click OK
Restart your computer

The camera is only supported by Windows 2000, XP, ME & 98.

Philips is showing 2 models in the U.S. Choose your Correct model, then locate the User Manual. It should explain the solution to your problem.

vista seems to be a pain in the [expletive deleted] but if you go to the compatibility screen, you may be able to use your old drivers.
