Hi there,
I'm in NZ and i have the same phone... so i'll give my suggestion from NZ... 3G only works in certain areas so you will need to check the area you are in... If someone or you are calling someone via video call both people have to be in a 3G area zone.... I'm not totally sure how you check to see if you are in zone but i do know that you have to be in zone... I got 2.5g and couldn't connect to a video call so you have to be in full 3G to be able to use 3G...

V325: Will not activate.
Hello Daniel Rabourn,

Unfortunately, we are not able to activate your device if it was already activated with Verizon. They are the only ones that can be able to activate it again.

In order to unlock the phone you will need to contact the original service provider for further assistance because this code is assigned by the original service provider the phone was manufactured for so that it cannot be taken to another carrier for activation without their permission.

if they do this then save the settings and then send yourself a photo this will activate the settings between the phone and the network.
