For some reason I can't log in to gmail one specific computer

For some reason I can't log in to gmail on one specific computer. I can log in to igoogle but can't get to my mail. My mail works fine on my other computer. When I try to go to gmail.com Internet Explorer automatically does a web search. when i click on gmail in the results it allows me to input my username and password and then i get an error screen that says Internet Explorer cannot diplay the web page. Every other site is fine (I tried Facebook, ESPN, CNN, etc) and google.com and igoogle.com are all fine. Please help!

I have 2 gmail accounts. marqueesinaminute & jeffbrough5. when I attempt to open the 2nd one, the first one comes up. how do I retrieve this on my computer

Hello!
There could be two reasons for it. First, the browser history of your system is automatically getting saved i.e cache and cookies. So, when you try to open the other gmail account, your browser by default opens up the first one. Hence, you can clear them then it won't happen again.
Secondly, You have not logged out of your first account that is why when you try to open the second one it redirects you the first account. So, log out from it and then sign-in to other account.
Thanks!

Login gmail

Are you using google chrome.??
You may be prevented from accessing your Gmail account in the Google Chrome browser for a number of reasons.

Although both programs are Google products, there may be a firewall, browser or software conflict causing the Gmail page not to load.

Going through a few basic troubleshooting steps can usually clear up the matter and get you back into your Gmail account.

Click the "Wrench" icon at the top-right corner of the browser window and select "Options" from the menu.

Go to the "Under the Hood" section.
Click the "Clear Browsing Data" button near the top of the options page.

A popup window appears.
Check the boxes for "Empty the Cache" and "Delete Cookies and Other Site and Plug-in Data."

Change the "Obliterate the Following Items From" to "The Beginning of Time" option, then click the "Clear Browsing Data" button.

Clearing out the browser's stored files often helps to make websites load properly and perform better.

Check your firewall settings. Click the "Start" button and type "Firewall" into the search box.

Click "Windows Firewall." In the application, click the "Allow a Program or Feature Through Windows Firewall" from the left column.

Check the box for "Chrome.exe" from the program list.
When done, click the "OK" button.

You may have other firewall software installed, so check those settings if necessary to allow Google Chrome full access to the Internet.

Disable browser extensions. Periodically, an extension may cause a conflict in the browser and prevent you from loading Gmail properly or entirely.

Click the "Wrench" icon at the upper-right corner of the window, go to the "Tools" menu and select "Extensions."

Click the "Disable" link for any Gmail-specific extensions, such as "Better Gmail" or "Google Mail Checker."

If Gmail still doesn't load, temporarily disable all extensions one by one until it works. Log into Gmail using a non-secure connection.

For example, if you normally use the secure connection or "https" prefix, then you want to type "http://mail.google.com/mail" for the website address.

If you already use the non-secure connection, try using the secure connection by typing "https://mail.google.com/mail" instead for the address.

Try a different browser other than Google Chrome to see if the problem lies with Gmail.

The Gmail servers may be experiencing difficulties for a wide number of users or just specifically your account. Sometimes troubleshooting the browser or firewall software will not correct the issue.

If the problem still persists on a different browser or computer system, then wait a while before attempting to access Gmail again.

The loading issue may be resolved by then.

Gmail is not openeing at all.even you tube,googlemail.com and wikipedia etc donot open.is it a global phenamena or any other problem.my lan connection from bsnl allows other laptops to open gmail.but my...

First try going opening your browser of choice and going to mail.google.com. Ideally the page should load and you should be able to log in there. If your page times out (you get an error instead of the login page) then it's possible that some program on your computer is blocking the connections, or that your router is blocking the connections. Try ending any programs you're not using (including any that might be hiding in the icon tray) one at a time until you can get access to gmail again. If you can't find any that are blocking it, it might be a setting on your router.
Any additional information you can provide would be helpful.

My Gmail account says it has been disabled

There are a few reasons as to why you will lose access to your email accounts and more specifically Gmail accounts.
-Someone has logged into your account and changed your password and other security related information.
-You've lost or forgotten password
-Unusual activity in your Gmail account that triggers the safety measures designed to keep accounts from being compromised

We do have 3 options to have this enable your gmail account
