I keep rerecording the out going message for the system and it dosent change how do I get the message to take and why does it keep asking for a selector code

Selector codes are the codes that tell the system to do a certain task then that digit is pressed(press 1 for bob, 2 for nancy). If your not changing any of the digits, press *# to get to the part to record the main greeting. Press 1 to start and 1 to finish. Make sure that you press # to save the recording or it will use the old recording.
