How do I reboot the printer to factory settings?

Hi, sounds like the settings were altered. I would suggest resetting the machine back to factory settings. You will lose all settings unfortunately (address book, network settings..)
Press menu> 0,6, then ok, then choose reset> ok. Then choose yes then ok to reboot machine.

press the counter key and then press and hold the # key and tap on system settings on the screen . it will ask if you want to reset the machine to factory mode, select yes and wait for the machine to reboot.

To clear the memory (reboot) the RICOH AFICIO you will have to send it to the factory where they will wipe the memory and restore the machine to its defaults.

If you have the recovery CD, then put that in the drive, reboot the laptop and make sure you boot to the CD. The recovery process will start up and you can restore the laptop to it's factory settings. Make sure you have all of your documents, music, etc. backed up.
