limited info generic answer need a multi-meter to test circuits usually heater failure or pump failure but the relays and circuits can get critters or condensation damage

ok, what exactly is your question?

Bad Sensor.

Normally a High limit.

But... but SL could also mean your spa is in SLEEP Mode!\
It is a Filtration/Heat mode.
You do not want your spa to be in that mode.
Unfortunately, way too many different spa manufacturers out there using 3 party vendors for their controls and so many different models! You will need to know your make, model & serial number of your controller to find out the sequence of buttons to push.

not enough water flowing through heating element

"LF" looks like "Low Flow" first thing I check is skimmer basket & filter to make sure thre are is nothing obstructing the flow
