The NWZ-S616F Walkman Player is not transferring the music using the SonicStage Software. Sony old Walkman player was using the SonicStage Software for transferring the files. You can use Windows Media Player 11 or higher, Media Manager for Walkman, Content Transfer Software or Windows Explorer for transferring the files to the Player. Click here and select the operating System to download the Software for transferring the files.
