I would get a new screen as you don't know what a bad screen might do to your phone. If the phone still doesn't work after the new screen at least you know it's not the screen and you can call the phone company back.

Hi,what causes the screen to remain white even when the cell phone works is because the screen of the phone is damaged or the screen of the phone might have shifted because the phone was hit on the wall or some object.

Unscrew the phone and adjust if not broken yet.
But if after you open the phone and you adjust the screen and still doesn't work,that means you will need to replace the screen.

Hi,what makes the phone screen stop working ,is because there is a flex inside that connected to the screen of the phone that makes the phone display is faulty and it needs to be replaced so that the screen can be as one again.

the first one is because of damage LCD (glass screen) ,
defective display driver (small chips that makes the display works)
and the other one is corrupted software...in damage lcd the phone will detected
by computer because its software is still working...so ,

I would suggest taking it to the phone company and asking them for help. The phone might still be under warranty, and you might be able to get it fixed.
But if that doesn't help, you can often buy new display screens for phones and install them quite easily.

I would suggest looking on ebay for a screen for them.

Also, it may cost a little more, but you can buy a new phone exactly like this one for about 60 dollars on e-bay. This would be a last resort, but it is an option.
