you need to install windows live movie maker and windows live photo gallery, you can download the live installer and install them both. Then you must open photo gallery ( in windows 7 the DV acquisition module is in photo gallery), go to the file menu and then, import from a camera or scanner.

I have Sony Dcr -hc15e is not display on the lcd screen any help? The screen shows plain white . help pls
But i left it unuse for month and the screen swore up a bit with black ink in the middle when it display plain white any way to replace the screen?

Tape mechanism of DCR-HC15E camcorder is worn out, contact nearest Sony service center for mechanism replacement.

I have a sony vaio cr590 with iLink port and DV Camcorder sony HC15E and I cant recieve any signal by Click to disc Software, Please Help me.
