Your top tray is out of position. you need to turn the machine off/on and watch the top tray. if ti cycles too high you will get the code back. you will need a tech to remove the tray reset timming and reinstall the tray.

Code SC726 means the Finisher
shift tray 1 lift motor error. You need to enter service mode and reset the unit by following
the instructions given below.
To enter service mode (SP): Press
the clear mode key then enter 1-0-7 hold down the c/s for three seconds. To
enter the special service mode you’ll need to hold the # key down while
pressing Copy SP. Exit service mode: by pressing exit twice. It will reset the and cycling the power.

2) The stack height sensor does not activate within a certain time after the shift
tray lift motor turned on.

• Shift motor defective
