Cant format how can i format my coby 610. when i tried it said windows cant format

Most of the time, as I have found with video files for Mp3 players, it has to do with the format of your video. A coby 610-8g supports AVI, FLV, and WMV. If the converted file doesn't work, try updating the firmware of the player, or try formating it, and trying again.

1. Did your unit comes with Coby Media Manager? THere are two versions of this unit, one comes with and one doesnt. You can usually tell, if your unit came with an Installation CD, then it doesnt use Coby Media Manager

2. To access CMM - Start > My Computer> Double click the removable disk drive that looks like a 'C' with a big red circle, follow prompts to open Coby Media Manager.
