Nokia n96 wont turn on

When i turn my nokia n96 on all that happens is the white light round the nav wheel comes on and stays on and thats it. any ideas?

My nokia n96 wont open to the start screen. when i press the start up he phone vibrates as normal but no screen comes up and the white light around the middle button is constently lit up

Try to reflash the phone first and see the result.If still not ok,you should change the flex cable. If the problem still the same,change the lcd

while you start the phone,with one hand you keep pressing *+3 while you presss on/off buttonwith other hand.With this method you will hard reset your phone, what means that you will loose ALL personal data.
