I installed the driver software but it won't open. It just says "No photo viewer is found, program termined!"
The program can't connect with the gadget if it's in 'usb charge' mode. You need to make sure you select 'usb update' when you connect the keychain to your computer and then click your menu button. It would be more helpful if the error message pointed that out instead of 'termining' the program.
Make sure that the usb driver is the correct one for your operating system. I realized that Innovage packed an absolete win98se in my package. I needed winXP usb driver.

Ditto on xp home machine and vista machine. Vista tries to download a usb flash drive driver, had it working after loading software. Had some loaded, not easy, lacks instructions.

Another screwed up unit. should look at the ,ade in china before you buy. how many of these produsts going to be returned thios month, tried to look for a driver or something that maybe the copmpany already has , haven't found yet, good luck. time to get money back.

I have run the install disc and it shows that it is installed, and there is a shortcut on my desktop. I left click on the icon and it sends a pop up that says "no photo viewer is found program terminated." When I plug in my usb the computer will not recognize it. I have pluged in the small usb into the photo viewer as well. Still nothing.
I just received this as a gift.
I am running windows XP and when I do the compatability test, it says it cannot find the program. UG!
basicaly the same problem. I put the software on my computer and when I tryto open the prgram, it tells me program cannot be found or another program is using it and will terminate now. and I checked it out many of times. There is no other program usng it. Thanks
Innovage Products USB Rechargeable Digital Photo Album with Keychain, 8 Mb my dad bought one from Walgreens it would load the pictures all he see's is a red x and no picture, he tried uninstalling software and downloading from www.mscustomercare.com as someone else suggested, they want you to purchase the software for 49.99 ;( He has Vista any suggestions please!!
