I have entered my pin 3 times incorrectly and have blocked my pin and need a puk code

1. PUK is the code required to unlock a GSM SIM card that has disabled itself after an incorrect PIN code was entered 3-5 times in a row. See: PIN. If an incorrect PUK code is entered 5-10 times, the SIM card will permanently block (disable) itself.

it will ask for the puk code ...
then you must call to the customer care of your network provider and you must tell them that your pin got blocked you want the puk code ...

i think you blocked the pin code by entering the wrong pin code for 3 times so it is asking for the puk code ..

to get puk code you must follow these steps :

1. call to your network provider customer care

2. tell them that your pin code got blocked you want puk code

3. if they ask any details about the sim card owner you answer that one ...

4. then make a note of the puk code and enter in to your cell
