I got this about 4 mos ago it was brand new. Now it wont stop draining there isnt any water in it all. I have tried to get it to do something else but it just keeps draining out.
Check the drain height and make sure that the drain is not too low. This will cause the situation that you describe. This diagram may prove useful. I hope so anyway and best wishes.

how far down is the drain hose pushed in to the drain pipe?should only be like 3 to 4 inches, also the drain hose should be up higher than the water level in the tub.if you can pull out the drain hose try this, fill up the washer on small, after it fills, pull the hose out of the pipe and then stick the hose a few inches into the drain pipe and then turn the timer to the spin cycle and let it drain, after it stops, pull the drain hose out of the pipe,if no water enters back into washer you know that it has something to do with the way the drain hose is in the pipe or another problem.if you're saying that the drain hose is sealed to the drain pipe in the wall you will have to get in there and separate it,pull out the hose and check it,it sounds like this is where the problem is,you had the pump changed and i don't know why the guy would do this if the washer was draining so you know that's not the problem and if they changed the water valve on the washer you know water isn't leaking into the washer from the valve so i would check the drain hose.hope this helps
If this is a brand new product, I suggest that you MUST call for warranty assistance from their depot. This can be related to failure or error of the controller, fault in the inlet or water level sensor which must be done free of cost.
This must be a brand new Kenmore 20.6 cu. ft top freezer refrigerator. I have serviced over 10,000 refrigerators and freezers. Never once did i see one that had a washer, let alone one that spins but wont drain. Maybe you should try the washer forum.
remove the lower panel. it is held on with 3 1/4 inch headed screws. With a pail to catch the water, remove the clean out cover. Ifr the clean out is plugged, the washer will not drain.
The drain needs to be above the actual water level or it will run out, the pvc should be above this point in order for the hose to get air and not act like trap and run out all that comes in,< woud suggest going to hardware store and getting piece to add on to 4 inch section with a coupler and washer drain cap>. they will cut to length, < take measurement of pipe size and length needed to get just bellow height of washer top, pvc goes together by cleaning and glueing, if the 4 inch piece has angle cut then it will have to be cut to strait line for good seal.
