IT HAS TO MUCH BLUE AND RED.CAN ADJUST RED WITH THE CROSSES.THE BLUE WILL NOT MOVE AT ALL.COULD THIS BE A CONVERGENCE PROBLEM AND IF SO PLEASE GIVE ME THE STEPS TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

I repaired many of those tv's, you probably need to relplace the picture tube coolant. The coolant is kinda tricky to replace, you should remove the whole picture tube out before trying to remove the bad cooland or you might dump the coolant onto the circuit board, there are three picture tubes. Ususally the red one doesn't need to be replaced, good luck.

i cant get the color adjusted by using controls to much red and yellow images i have tried setting everything but nothing seems to work

There's to much color in the tv, I've tried to adjust the color and tried to adjust tint as well as the other features but the tv will not do anything. It's almost like blurry but not quite like that, you can see the tv it's just annoying to watch. It also cuts off on it's own but it always comes back on.
