The Scroll Lock key on the mx3200 is Function + Pause/Break and it will toggle on a KVM but I can only get the keyboard to work not the mouse.

Not switching systems

Make sure your keyboard is plugged into the keyboard port of the KVM. The IOGear KVMs use a keyboard and mouse emulation. Due to this the keyboard port is the only port will recognize the Scroll Lock command.

KVM switch

It might have something to do with the KVM Switch. Check that your switch will handle Keyboard shortcuts. If you are using the same KVM switch then you should be able to use the same short-cuts regardless of the keyboard you use.
