How can I make DAV-x1to read multi-regional DVD

HI

I bought DAv-x1 in us and then I brought it to Asia, but it can't read any DVD now, is there any way I can make DAV-x1 to read multi-regional DVD? thank you

I'm looking for a multiregion version of the DAV-X1G in London. Does anyone have the code that would unlock the region setting and convert the DVD player to multiregion?

SONY DAV DZ260, home theatre. Trouble reading the disc.

There is some intermittent connection that is causing the issue. Finding it might prove to be a bear - I would recommend sending it back for another working.unit.
