No there isn't. Steering lock plus the alarm and immobilizer, and also the lock for the gear shift from Park is powered from the key.

Your local dealership will make you a key based on the VIN Number and then program it for you.

Or an auto locksmith can fit an ignition cylinder with a key and program it.

All cars come with two keys and a valet key. The idea is to replace as soon as one gets lost. You can cut a new key from the valet key and cut it into a chipped key.

The chip in the key talks to the transponder in the steering column and the data from the key is sent to the ECM, BCM and PCM. If the data matches what it knows as registered, it sends power to the ignition module. It stops vehicles being stolen.

You need an auto locksmith or the dealership and a new chipped key, cut, and programmed. Have two made.

Your vehicle came with two chipped keys and a valet key, when the first chipped key is lost, you replace it so you always have a spare. Lesson learned.

to reset the oil life you turn your key to the run/on position (with the engine off,) and step on the gas pedal 3 times within 5 seconds. You will then see the oil life go to 100%.

Sounds like ignition switch. Everything works when key is twisted full forward but when released contact is lost.

If you have lost Windows login password, then I would advise a full system recovery.

You can restore the computer back to factory default,to do so, follow the below steps: Turn OFF the computer, now as soon as you hit the power button, keep on holding "Alt" key & keep on tapping "F10" key, i.e Alt+f10, it will open the recovery console, select full factory restore and follow onscreen instruction. NOTE: This will erase all the datas on the computer.

Your alarm will go off when you open the door, but as soon as you put your key into the ignition it will turn the alarm off.

You might have to reset your display settings. You will need to turn off your PS3, Holding down the power soft key, turn the unit on in the back. Keep holding the soft key until the unit turns back off. Wait for about 15 seconds. Press the power soft key again. You will hear one beep, then a second beep. Then you will hear 2 quick beeps, as SOON as you hear those two consecutive beeps, let off the power soft key and a screen should come up to reset your display settings. Good luck!

try cleaning the battery post with a noon corrosive cleaning solution. also, trace all wires that run to the battery for breakage and lose connections.
