Hp laserjet 9000 printing blank across middle of page from left to right
We have two HP Laserjet 9000 printers. One is not printing the middle of the portrait page from left to right. I have swapped the toner, fuser, and transfer roller with the other printer one at a time and the problem stays the same. I do not see anything jammed in what I assume is the laser path above the toner.
Unfortunately, I got "SERVICE TEST PASSED" and the problem is still happening.Unfortunately, I got "SERVICE TEST PASSED" and the problem is still happening.

Take the toner cartridge out, shake it back and forth, and turn it around in a circle a few time. Put it back in the priter, and print. Order a new toner cartridge.
If this is an inkjet printer, ignore this response.
This is usually the Transfer kit, but if the image drum or one of the power supplies goes bad, that can also give blank pages. The Drum problem for no print is usually a grounding/connection problem. Power Supplies are a complicated repair, but these printers aren't too bad to work on. You can buy good used one's fairly cheap on ebay, though. Should consider going to a later model CLJ if you replace with a used, though.
Does this happen both when copying and printing? For printing solution, try another toner cartridge. If lines continue to appear when copying (primarily through the automatic feeder) then lift the auto feeder, and clean the glass -mainly the narrow piece on the left side.
