Where can you replace a wolfgang puck drip coffee carafe?

Call (800) 275-8273 and order part # WPTPCM010-6; the product description is "LID FOR CARAFE". It will cost you $4.99 + 5.00 shipping. My Starbucks coffee pot works PERFECTLY again. Just make sure that you put the lid on the carafe correctly before you use it, since the seal is new.

I think I have a fix for the lid. I need a couple people to send me their lid to see if my fix works. My fix does not involve any material destruction of the lid. I will send you the lid back regardless of whether the fix works or not.

I've called Delonghi customer service and escalated this problem to corporate. Originally they said they would send a carafe at no charge...but that was a month ago and they still have no delivery date from their supplier. I've since requested that they replace the whole coffee maker...we'll see.
