• Cribs: model number is found on a blue and white warning label on the inside bottom of the headboard.
• Dressers: model number is stamped on the back, upper right hand side of the dresser.

Payment

• Accepting personal check, money order, Visa or MasterCard
• You will be charged for shipping and handling costs. Minimum billing is $8.00.

Parts cannot be returned for a refund.

Delta cannot provide parts for cribs that do not comply with federal safety standards or for cribs that are more than 15 years old.

I had this same problem and contacted the company through the simmons web site and with the model number they emailed me one!
