Hey how's it going
I was looking for this remote also . Most sites when do not actually have the remote available .
Eventually I was able to find one site that has more details about this remote and where to find it...it looks like it goes with the Harbor Breeze Crosswinds fan. Is this correct - is this the fan you have?

first thing I would try is to contact the manufacturer (Philips). they be able to source spare remotes. If that doesnt work for any reason - then see if a universal remote control can be programmed (follow the instructions in the manual).
