Replacement control switch #031733-000 wiring diagram

Unlikely you will find a video on a stove that old. The wiring schematic is on the back of mine. You might also find it in the control unit at the top.

You don't say what the wiring repair is, but I have replaced elements in the oven, both the bottom one and the broiler, and I have also replaced the top burners and the connectors to them. I have an early 70s GE. We keep saying we will replace it when it goes wrong, but it never has since.

The control panel face can be ordered from Viking Range unless the unit is very old, then I would suggest partstown.com, You will need the model and serial number from the rating plate on the unit. These parts are usually not very expensive and are really easy to replace.

This is a Sanyo microwave. the "851" number is the manufacturer number or "source" number. I can't tell you any more about that particular model.
I would remove the circuit board (control panel) and check for damaged/burnt copper print. Where the copper is burnt, you can solder on jumper wires to complete the circuit.

Hi- It sounds like you diagnosed the problem correctly. There is a chance there is something wrong with the board but I would replace the top switch first. They are pretty expensive if I remember correctly and be careful of the wiring colors, the last one I changed had the wire colors reversed but the wire labels were correct. Good luck.

you do not need to take apart any switches, all you need - unplug it from power, open front panel (2 screw on each side) remove all knobs, there is 3 more screws behind them). unscrew thermostat 2 screws behind knob. open top part of stove, remove grates and cover. you will see wires to thermostat unplug them and plug one by one to new thermostat. remove old thermostat from inside the oven (it has bracket inside). put the new one. close everything back.

your mirror control switch has 9 wires.,your drivers door mirror has 5 wires color coded .from your mirror control switch to your drivers siide mirror / 0.5 black .0.5 brown. 0.5 brown. 0.5 black. 0.5 black.
your passenger mirror wires are 0.5 blue/black .0.5 blue/grey. 0.5 blue/white. the passenger mirror has a ground cable 0.5 brown.
the passenger mirror wire 0.5 green/white connects to a 5amp fuse/F25 onto F31 5amp to a wire 0.75 green/yellow.back to the mirror control switch.

There is the on off switch and the blower control that controls the speed of the fan. It is more than likley the blower control that would need replaced.

There could also be a wire disconnected in the hood.
