I have Rowe AMI 100 CD jukebox. I replaced CDPRO2 Optical Laser-lens and sound still cuts in and out. At times it can't pick up the sound and the cd stops and tries again.

Watch the motor that moves the lens assembly while a CD is playing. It doesn't take much movement to stall the optics so if a gear is slightly binding, that would be enough to cause your problem. Sometimes using a very light machine oil like that is used on a sewing machine on the pivot points will help the gears. A lithium type grease on the rails that the optics moves on may have dried a little, so be sure to check that area too.

Turn off and unplug machine. Manually move hoop frame front to back and left to right.
Plug in and turn on. Motors driving hoop x and y axis should initialize. If not you must see a tech, If the frame will not move see the tech

Print head moves left and stays horrible noise

The problem is either something is interfering with the carrier movement OR the carrier homing sensor is broken/defective. First, turn off the power and manually move the carrier to the right side frame, check for foreign objects in the machine (pens, pushpins, paper clips etc.). Put some oil (10 weight) on a cloth and clean the chrome shaft that the carrier travels on.(by the rubber cogged belt). This is a common problem. If the sensor itself is the problem, take to a repair shop.(not common)

Machine is on but drum is not moving just making a horrible sound...

If you can hear the motor spinning, and no drum movement - the drive belt (or coupling if direct drive), or transmission has failed.
It is impossible to determine what drive system you have and the appropriate repair without a model # of your machine.

Thanks.
