Is is a Samsung? It can't connect to the Internet. That is normally so you can control it from work and alter it when you leave. For the tripping, try disconnecting the power for an hour to reset it. That may need dealer service. The compressor restarting is called 'short cycling', but they should trip unless you have something else on the same circuit. The one that was in our bedroom would trip if my wife used the hairdryer in the bathroom. They draw a lot of power.

As others have pointed out, it means that it can't reach the internet. I see this routinely on a certain network which requires additional credentials to be entered before giving full access.

My Compressor Atlas copco GA22 shut down and show warning Power Off. 12200000 11000000 9820 3978 09. How to fix this issue

The warning message you are seeing on your Atlas Copco GA22 compressor indicates a fault code related to the electronic control system. In order to diagnose and fix the issue, you may need to consult the user manual or contact a qualified service technician.
However, based on the symptoms you described, it is possible that the issue is related to the compressor's pressure switch or motor overload protection. If the pressure switch is faulty, it may not be detecting the correct pressure levels and shutting off the compressor prematurely. Similarly, if the motor overload protection is tripping, it could be causing the compressor to shut down unexpectedly.
To troubleshoot these issues, you may want to start by checking the pressure switch and ensuring that it is functioning properly. You can do this by checking the electrical connections and testing the switch with a multimeter. If the pressure switch is faulty, it will need to be replaced.
If the pressure switch appears to be working correctly, you may need to check the motor overload protection. This can be done by inspecting the motor and checking for any signs of overheating or damage. You can also test the motor with a multimeter to ensure that it is drawing the correct amount of current.
Ultimately, if you are unable to diagnose and fix the issue on your own, it is recommended that you contact a qualified service technician for assistance. They will have the expertise and equipment necessary to diagnose and repair the compressor.

Refrigerator model bx21vl does not cool. I can hear the compressor kick in but it kicks out in 5-10 seconds. Then after about 102 to one minute it kicks in and out again,

Compressor is tripping on overload. You may just need the overload and relay replaced due to a bad compressor relay. The relay is what switches the compressor from it's start winding to it's run winding. If you pull the relay off, shake it to see if you hear lots of rattling inside, that's a sure sign of a bad relay. I would replace both of them.
Here is the overload relay to order.

Haier Mini spilt HSU18VC7 compressor runs for 5 minutes then stop 3 minutes then run another 5 minutes and so on.

This is called short cycling. It sounds like the compressor is getting hot and opening a bi-metal overload, which shuts the compressor off. The compressor cools, because it is not running and the bi-metal contacts close allowing the compressor to start again. This will repeat itself and is usually due to low refrigerant, which usually means there is a leak in the normally sealed refrigerant lines. The refrigerant cools the compressor windings and if it is low it cannot do that, hence the shutting off of teh compressor, cooling down process and restarting of your compressor. Short cycling will ultimately ruin the compressor.

If this has helped you please give me a rating worthy of my diagnosis.

I have a gas dryer that cuts its self off after about 5 minutes after restarting a few time its blows the circuits

If you are indicating that it is tripping a breaker there must be a short or overload condition. I would first unplug the unit for safety, then look in the motor area for wiring that shows signs of discoloration from being too hot, or being pinched somehow. Also check the motor itself, the windings should have a bright red or yellow color. If you see browm the motor is toast.

Hitachi RAS09UH randomly pops 15A circuit breaker

Two things that you could check: 1) If you have access to an ampmeter, determine if the unit is drawing over over 14 or 15 amps, 2) replace the suspect circuit breaker in case it is beginning to go bad. Breakers only trip for overcurrent conditions or failure of the breaker itself. If it is pulling close to 15 amps, then it could heat up over time and trip.

Samsung Ac compressor stops after 20 minutes and fan keep running. Again after 10-15 minutes if ac is restarted the cooling happens for 20 minutes and compressor stops.

eventually, cycling process is doing done if the thermostat sense the configure temperayure set up it will trigger to stop your compressor motor as well as the blower fan, blower fan independenly to you compressor.if your thingking that your compressor is tripping off, check your operating current on one line using clamp ammeter and compare to the rated current that tag on
motor compressor body,if the current flow is higher than the rated current specified on compressor motor, well problem occured it will trip your compressor, because overload protector is becoming your thermostat.but if you got same current result it was cycling process. If tripping off maybe air is present in your system call qualified ac tech, to purge out air in system.

ROTARY SCREW COMPRESSOR TRIPPING

Possibly water in the air tank ? Or Ice covering the inlet or screen into the tank? DOes it have a belt? or direct drive? Remove the belt and try to turn by hand. See if its the motor or the compressor is tight. If it rolls free possible a chack valve is hung up or has a broken spring OR yuo have a bad capicator or centrifical sw going to the start capicator. Check amp draw with no pressure on the compressor. tank open. If it runs extra time its somethign while under load. If it still cuts out you need to sepperate and discover if its a mechanical or electrical problem.
HOPE THIS HELPS PLEASE RATE ME ACCORDINGLY AND GOOD LUCK
