My Karbon safe has locked because wrong password entered three times.How do I unlock it

This is a security feature put in by Acer, normally you get a Power on pass and then a HDD pass request. I'm afriad thre is not a lot you can do about it, other than taking it to a specialist. Or contacting Acer direct (and if you have proof of ownership, they will send you the unlock response code).

enter wrong pass for more then 5 tymes,it ll ask u to enter the puk number....now call ur customer care and get the puk number...enter the puk number in the space given for pass....thats it...problem is fixed
if u had locked ur mobile then update the formware all saved passwords ll be deleted....but take care that all datas n contacts ll be lost
