Hello Dana, thank you for your post!
From my understanding your Frigidaire oven is displaying an error code of "F8" and your keypad is not working properly. An "F8" error stands for runaway temperature (overheating). I would recommend performing a reset on your oven and you can do that by disconnecting the power cord for at least ten minutes.
If that does not help correct your issue then you could have a problem with your RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) or the EOC (Electronic Oven Control). I would suggest having a professional technician out to perform a proper diagnosis and repair. I hope this information is helpful. -Matt
Let's try reprogramming your wall oven by either unplugging it or flipping the circuit breaker off. It is necessary to wait roughly ten minutes and then turn your wall oven on. Select an option and confirmed that the door is securely latch. If the issue persists, then the temperature may have tripped the internal sensor of your wall oven and needs to be reset. This usually has to be done by a professional since the back panel needs to be taken off and the power reset inside. Also, your wall oven may possibly have a communication problem with the EOC (Electronic Oven Control). Personally, I would recommend contacting a professional for a further evaluation.
If tripping and turning the circuit breaker off for about 10 minutes does not work, contact Frigidaire. Sounds like the control board and/or door switch will need replacing.
Open the door and look at the hinges the connect the oven door to the oven body, on each side you will notice a piece that can be moved back and forth without moving the door, roll each side toward the oven body this should be the locked position, now try to close the door and you will notice the hinges lift up. At this time you need to pull up and push forward on the door and both hinges will come out.
the unit should unlock by itself after it has cooled down if not try and hold the clear off key for 3-5 seconds pushing in o nthe door at the same time sshould unlock them
