Re:
If your NAXA NDL 254 is not producing sound on the TV, but the DVD player and radio have sound, then the issue is likely related to the connection between the NAXA NDL 254 and the TV. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
Check the audio cables: Make sure the audio cables are securely plugged into both the NAXA NDL 254 and the TV. If the cables are loose, they can cause a connection issue and prevent sound from being transmitted.
Check the TV audio settings: Check the audio settings on your TV to make sure that the correct audio input is selected. If the wrong input is selected, you won't be able to hear any sound from the NAXA NDL 254.
Check the NAXA NDL 254 audio settings: Check the audio settings on the NAXA NDL 254 to make sure that the volume is turned up and that the correct audio output is selected. If the output is set to the wrong channel, you won't be able to hear any sound on the TV.
Try a different audio cable: If you're still not getting any sound, try using a different audio cable to connect the NAXA NDL 254 to the TV. A faulty cable can prevent sound from being transmitted properly.
Try a different input on the TV: Try plugging the NAXA NDL 254 into a different audio input on the TV to see if the problem is with the input you're using.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it's possible that there's a problem with the audio output on the NAXA NDL 254 itself. In that case, you may need to contact NAXA customer support for further assistance.

Tries unplug, replug tv back about an hour later. The tv should be resetting itself back to factory setting, sound should work now.Still have the same problems. The tv Tuner signal board is shorted and the causes. That the board, where the incomming broadcasting signal cable plug into it.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish tv Tuner signal board for the replacement.
How old is the set? As the player's laser ages it becomes harder for it to read discs. Audio CD's don't have as much data and are formatted differently from DVD's so they are easier to read. This is one possible cause. Hope this helps!
