Indesit PWDC8125 UK washing machine

Hi everyone, hope someone can shine some light on a fault with my washing machine. After starting a wash cycle the drum will fill with water as normal, 5 mins later the machine will stop, the door unlocks and lights start flashing. Water is still in the drum. I thought this would be a blockage/pump issue. So I have checked the filter and wastage pipes. Couldn't find anything so deduced it was the pump itself. I have since replaced the pump and the same thing is still happening. Any thoughts? Thanks

It seems like the issue is not resolved even after replacing the pump. It could be related to a problem with the control board or a faulty water level sensor. You may want to consult a professional repair service

Why doesn't it work?

is the blue light a loading light ???(light that shines inside too allow you too see ) next all washers mfg after 2010 have a drain cycle after there first started , some of these can be mighty quiet almost imperceptible to hear , if you allow it to continue it will next add water and start to wash (if working properly) , the drain cycle was added because it was found out that everyone was prewashing dishes (silly I know) and then adding them to machine, this ,made for a lot of water runoff and then machine wasn't adding enough water for a total wash cycle , so mfg all figured it best to add a drain cycle first to all there washers

Hi, indecit idce845uk switch on machine 4th light red when i start cycle 30sec lights flash green except 4th light which flashes red and i get fault f10, Ive changed t/stats and the heating element

Found this on the web for you: http://www.whitegoodshelp.co.uk/indesit-or-hotpoint-washing-machine-flashing-10-times-error-f10/

There may be other pertinent answers on the web.

It seems to be related to water pressure. Check the supply, clean the internal filter, and see it it has any impact on the problem.

Problem could be a controller board failure or a electric valve too, but you will need a repairman for these unless you are VERY handy (in which case you would not be asking).

Hi. I have an Indisit Washing Machine IWDC6125 The fault is that the power light does not illuminate. Power to the machine. Thought it was the door latch switch, replace it but. Still have the. Same fault....

Good probability the carbon brushes in the motor will be very low .before initiating a cycle the on board diagnostic runs a quick test on the appliance components .if it detects no circuit over the com ie brushes low it immediately goes into fault mode and won't start

Flashing lights

There is a Light Flashing on my Indesit Washing Machine

Many of our newer Indesit Washing Machines have a series of indicator lights, which flash to indicate a possible fault on your installation or simply to let you know a problem occurred whilst you were away from your Indesit Washing Machine.

Pre wash light flashing
Indicates a failure of your Indesit Washing Machine to fill correctly. Check your fill hoses for a blockage, a leak, a kink or to make sure that they are turned on.

Wash light flashing
Indicates that your programme dial has been moved from its original position. Simply returning the wash dial to its original position will restore the light to its original status.

Spin light flashing
Indicates that the Indesit Washing Machine has considered the wash load to be excessively un-balanced. Open up the door of the Indesit Washing Machine, re-distribute the garments and retry the spin to resolve this.

End light flashing
Indicates that the Indesit Washing Machine has reached the end of a wash programme.

Wash, rinse and spin lights all lit at the same time would indicate a possible blockage in your under sink wastes system. Check out the additional informationin our 'My Indesit Washing Machine Will Not Empty'
