Please give the Model no. of the Camera.
generally if it is an IP Camera it can be connected with a CAT5 Cable to a computer.
If it is a non-IP Camera it can be connected with a Coax Cable to a Monitor.

Google your make and model and look for "user's manual". You can also contact the manufacturer's web site for support info.

I've never used this model but I would assume the following:

Port forward its IP address/Port using the settings of the router.

Use that IP to access remotely.
