Question about Heating & Cooling
Power light is on. But, when unit is turned on, nothing comes out. Been like this for hours now after turning everything off and unplugging unit. Outlet has power Cords are intact Room temp isn't too high Unit base is flat
If the power light is on, then the unit is receiving power. The first thing to do is to check the thermostat settings and make sure they are set correctly. If the thermostat settings are correct, then you may need to check the fan motor and heating element for any signs of damage or wear. If there is damage or wear, then you may need to replace the fan motor or heating element. If there is no visible damage, then you may need to contact a qualified technician for further diagnosis and repair.

Good Afternoon Gwen - Try reprogramming the range by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and turn the unit back on. If issue persists, then the unit could possibly be experiencing an issue with a wiring failure, EOC (electronic oven control), sensor probe and/or faulty bake or broil element. I would strongly recommend consulting a professional to narrow down the precise issue before investing in parts that may or may not be the root cause.
