But just not working at all.... I plugged it in then the lights went out on the dishwasher. So I thought it may have blown the fuse in the plug, which is weird cause it didn't blow the fuse and trip the switch. So I've changed the fuse, twice! Checked the water supply, checked the water outlet. Tried a different socket. Everything I can think of I have tried. Please help me because even though the helpline says it's open from 8-6 it's not

If you have checked the power supply and it is not the issue, it is possible that the control board or other internal components of the dishwasher may have malfunctioned. Here are a few things you can try:
Check the dishwasher's door latch to ensure that it is closed properly. If the latch is not engaged, the dishwasher will not start.
Check the dishwasher's circuit breaker to see if it has tripped. If it has, reset the breaker and try starting the dishwasher again.
Make sure the dishwasher's control panel is not locked. Some models have a control lock that can be activated by pressing and holding a certain button or combination of buttons. If the control panel is locked, the dishwasher will not start.
If none of these steps help, it may be best to contact a professional appliance repair technician to diagnose and repair the issue.

do any of the lights on the touch panel light up? if the answer is yes then you need a touch panel. if no light light up you might have a control board issue or a blown thermal fuse.
