I have a 58R6E3 Hisense TV. When I first turn it on, it works fine. No problem out of it. Then within a few minutes of the tv being on, the middle of the screen will start turning white. I've already bought a new main board and t-con board.
You have a bad buck converter (dc-dc), the problem is it's part of the right panel board and not easy to replace as it's a QFN IC and not replaceable without the equipment or knowledge to do it. We have seen this issue many times in our shop on this model TV. Unfortunately, the panel isn't going to be available and if it was the cost would be as much as a new set, sorry I don't have better news for you.
This shows the problem you face.

Did you read the Tip I wrote Zora? Self diagnosing broken televisions is virtually impossible without the knowledge and test equipment. Sometimes you might get lucky, but the odds are stacked against you.
Did you check the LEDs for correct illumination. How about the output voltage from the power supply board?
This is a budget set sold at Walmart for $298. They aren't a very well made set and are generally unreliable. If Walmart are selling them for 300 bucks, it means that they cost $75 to make and they do that by buying the cheapest components.
