The washer fills with water but drum never moves, then F11 shows on display. Is this a control issue? Thanks in advance!
Motor bearing has gone and heating up so that the position/speed sensor has moved/melted causing the machine to jump about. needs new motor bearings/ new motor.
Washer will suddenly stop with 1 minute left on cycle and shows the F11 error code...at times it may show the FdL code. The washer will then not finish no matter what I do. If I unplug the unit from the outlet that does not guarantee that when I plug it back in it will start up. Fifty percent of the time it still shows the F11 error. It can take hours to finally get the washer to cancel out so I can take the laundry out that has not been spun out.

The diagnosis of this failure usually requires a technician. If you are able to unplug the washer and safely access the central control board and motor control board, you can check for a loose wire harness connection. Beyond that, I recommend calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your washer.
