Looking for remote control code to operate Philips 65PFL4864 TV from Sony BDP-S370's remote (RMT-B107A).

Front of TV shows "PHILIPS". Legal paperwork shows "Funai". I tried the options listed in the DVD player's 2010-dated manual on pg36 (08, 21, 23).

It doesn't look like this remote was intended to control more than the TV On/Off , Input and Volume. The remote code list for the Sony RMT-B107A will be included in the manual for the Blu-ray player that the remote came with. According to https://www.remotecontrols.com/product/RMT-B107A.html , this remote was included with the Sony BDP-BX37, among others. The support page for this player is https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/product/bdp-bx37/manuals . Vizio is not listed in the code list. However, Vizio uses a number of OEMs to build their TVs. Those OEMs may use the same remote control hardware as other brands of TVs. Since the copyright date for this manual is 2010, the remote is unlikely to be fully compatible with TVs built after 2009. (Most universal remotes are trained with codes for devices released 6 months or more before the remote is programmed.)

Can a sony rmt-b107a control a citizen television
Check these codes. 035,024,071,083. If you cant synchronize these codes, try some other setup codes to Citizen brand TVs. If you wish to get more codes, check this link. There is setup code list to different other brands of remote controls. Never stick on Sony brand remote itself. Only mind the brand name to your TV; not the remote control.

I want to program my sony RMT-B107A remote to controll my Vizio tv and I can't find the codes, HELP!
I know that it has been a while since this question was originally asked, but I figured that I would share what worked for me.

Here is what worked for me: (RMT-B107A remote and Vizio TV)

1. With the TV on, Press and hold TV I/O button
2. Press 04 on the number keypad.
3. Press the TV I/O button and the TV should turn off

This method also allows me to control the volume on my Vizio. The TV input button did not work.

I'm not sure there is a code for the b107a. (There wasn't on my old Sony remote either.) I just bought a Sony RM-VLZ620 for about $20 and it does have codes for Olevia.

How to Program the RMT-B107A Remote Control:
Follow these steps to program the remote control to operate a television.
1) Turn on the TV.
2) On the remote control, press and hold the TV I/O button.
3) While holding the TV I/O button, enter the manufacturer's code using the numeric buttons.
NOTE: If more than one code number is listed for the manufacturer, enter one code at a time until you find one that works.
4) Release the TV I/O button.
5) Point the remote control at the TV.
6) Press the TV I/O button to verify operation.
NOTES:
If a new code number is entered, the code number previously entered will be erased.
When the batteries are replaced, the programmed codes may be erased. It may be necessary to reprogram the remote after replacing the batteries.

Sony TV XBR43X800E has a Black Screen? I have a Sony XBR-43X800E Serial# 4015667. My TV was rebooting and rebooting. I began a manual factory reset and in the middle of the reset an Error message flashed and the TV went blank.
