I have a PCR-T465 Casio cash register. I am trying to print at the top of the receipt and can't figure it out even though I have the book. I need the book for dummies in Kindergarten language

To print at the top of the receipt on a PCR-T465 Casio cash register:

1. Turn the machine on
2. Press the "Menu" button
3. Use the up/down arrows to select "Header"
4. Press the "Enter" button
5. Use the up/down arrows to select "On"
6. Press the "Enter" button
7. Enter the text you want to print at the top of the receipt using the keypad
8. Press the "Enter" button
9. Press the "Menu" button to exit the menu.
Your header should now be set and will print at the top of each receipt.

Usually caused by poor paper. Try some higher quality paper first. If still bad, you will likely need a new printer

My casio pcr-t465 does not print across the entire tape. what is wrong?
There are many reasons for this. Faulty paper, rubber roller not locking into printer fully when lid closed, dirty print head, faulty print head, spring missing from print head, liquid damage, etc. It will really need to be diagnosed. you can try rubbing the print head with a dry soft cloth to see if it improves. Otherwise, see a dealer to have the fault traced.

Casio PCR-T465 will not open when n/s or ca/amt tend buttons are pushed.
What happens when you try these buttons? Any beep, or error number? Also, does the drawer open when you finish with a different payment type e.g. credit? Does the drawer open when you print an end of day report in X or Z mode?

I have a casio pcr t2000 and just can't figure out how to program our companies logo onto the register receipt
Turn key to Program mode
2 SUBTOTAL 132 SUBTOTAL Now type the characters for the first line of the receipt using the programming layout on your keyboard (see entering characters section in the manual) 00 (double zero button) CASH (maybe labelled CA/AT) 232 SUBTOTAL Now type characters for second line 00 CASH 332 SUBTOTAL Now type characters for third line 00 CASH 432 SUBTOTAL Now type characters for fourth line 00 CASH SUBTOTAL
NOTE: You might have to do 2 receipt prints in REG mode to see the changes

If someone has removed the letters from the keys, just find the alphbet layout in your manual. 00 (double zero button) CASH (maybe labelled CA/AT) 232 SUBTOTAL Now type characters for second line 00 CASH 332 SUBTOTAL Now type characters for third line 00 CASH 432 SUBTOTAL Now type characters for fourth line 00 CASH SUBTOTAL

Need the printer motor for a casio pcr-t465
I've never had one die on me before. Make sure it is a motor failure. Last time I had a printer problem, they sold the whole printer as one unit so you may have to buy a complete printer, but it wasn't too expensive. Check with a Casio dealer in your area. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
