You can't! The Apple Passlock is the most secure of all phones. The FBI couldn't open one, but John McAfee of McAfee Anti-Virus did with his own teal of experts, but wouldn't tell the FBI how to do it.

The only way to get in is by doing a hard reset on the phone and scrubbing it clean using iTunes on a computer.

Take it into an apple store. They will fix it. There are a number of reasons why your phone could get disabled. If you had a passcode and entered the wrong password multiple times for example. The Apple Store typically doesn't charge for this.
