Samsung sets with UN as the 2nd set of letters have a VERY high panel fail rate. Unhook the flat ribbon cables going to the panel boards, power the set up and if it stays on it's the panel, next hook one flat cable up at a time and with one hooked up you should get half a picture, only fix will be to do the tape fix, seach youtube for how to do this, it involves taping off the connectors that relate to the short in the panel, if the correct traces are taped off the set will work with a normal picture
Based on the symptoms you described, it sounds like there may be an issue with the main board (motherboard) of your Samsung TV. The fact that you have backlight and the red power button is on, but there is no picture and the TV goes into standby mode with the Samsung logo moving around on the screen, suggests that the main board may be malfunctioning.
The specific part number for the main board (motherboard) in your TV model is BN9649639A. You can try to locate and purchase this part online or through a Samsung parts supplier and replace it yourself, but it is important to note that this can be a complex and difficult repair. If you are not comfortable with electronic repairs, it would be best to contact a professional technician or Samsung's customer service for assistance.
It's also possible that there is a problem with the T-Con Board. The T-Con board works in conjunction with the main board to control the display of the TV. If the main board is working correctly, and you still have no picture, then it's likely that the T-Con board is defective, and it will need to be replaced.
It's also a good idea to check all cables, connectors and check for any loose or damaged parts in the TV, as that could be causing the problem as well.
In any case, it is recommended to check the TV's warranty status and the manufacturer's instructions to ensure that the repair or replacement will not void the warranty.
