If the new flash upgrades did not help, then it is likely that the issue is caused by a hardware problem. You should contact the manufacturer of the UIView 3300 and ask them for assistance in resolving the issue. They may be able to provide you with a replacement unit or suggest a repair.

Something went wrong during the upgrade of your firmware. If you were upgrading the firmware from Linksys website you need to call their tech support and have them replace it for you. If you were trying to hack it with a 3rd party firmware you probably need to go buy another one and maybe consider using the firmware it comes with. You cannot restore the device because the flash killed the restore function. Your device is cooked. Put some BBQ sauce on it and serve it for dinner.
The most likely cause of your frustration with the BDP-S350 is that
your player's firmware is not the most current. Most often, the firmware problem is JAVA related and will not let the menus load at all, but freezing during playback has also been reportedly fixed with the firmware upgrade.
The solution is to go to sony's website, download the firmware upgrade, burn it to a disc and then load the disc into the player to fix it.
If you are using a HDMI connection, often the connection will be lost between your xbox and your tv. In my case I simply change to another channel or the other HDMI channel and then back and the secure HDMI connection will be restored.
Try plugging in the USB drive and HOPE that the P.O.S.T. during that 2 second period grabs the upgrade, but I must tell you that this is a hail-mary pass.
The Evo N610c is upgradable to only 1GB of memory. You're overloading the motherboard, it can't handle 2GB. If you really need 2GB, get a new laptop (or a PC, for that matter). Otherwise, I'd run (2) 512MB sticks of RAM to even out the workload.
it might be that you are playing a dual layer dvd in the player. The player needs to focus on the second layer of the movie, and that might be why the dvd freezes. Leave it there for a while and the dvd should continue if it is this situation.
I would say that either the upgrade package is not compatable with your device and has not installed anything beyond flashing/deleting the current installed eeprom info (no info on the eeprom at all) or the device has been restarted or uplugged during the flash eeprom stage, the factory/master reset should take you back to config mode at least, when trying the master reset the power should be on, then activate the master reset with a paperclip or pin only will work, press and hold until the red light goes out, remove the pin or paperclip activator and your device should power up as normal with the old eeprom info or ready for new eeprom info to flashed onto it if you are successful here ensure you use the istall package that came with this device Should be WinMobile/II or IIe I think.
