When a Panasonic Blu-Ray recorder (DMR) shows "BD 1" "BD 2" or "BD 3" on its display, it means the remote control is not paired with the correct device. To change the channel the remote control operates on, you need to hold the "1", "2" or "3" remote control buttons simultaneously with the "OK" button for more than 5 seconds. If you want to change the channel of the device, you need to go to the "configuration" options and change the device to "BD1", "BD2", or "BD3

CAN THE panasonic dmp bd35 PLAY 3D BLU-RAY DISKS

I understand the DMP BD35 is a normal blue ray disk player and not a 3D. Please see this manual if you want to be doubly sure.

However something like a DMP BDT360 will play 3D blue ray discs and you can view it on a 3D ready TV.

Panasonic DMP BD35 player and it will not play Blu Ray discs

Have you put in the correct region Blu Ray disc ?
Is it all disks not playing ?
Try cleaning the laser head with a cleaning disk.

I can tell you that you,ll need a One for all universal remote control.
The only codes available, are For The DMP-BD10.
