It's possible that the current rating of the MCB is too low to run your washing machine PLUS all the devices plugged into the other sockets on the same circuit. If possible, try plugging in the washing machine on a circuit with fewer or no other appliances plugged in. MCB's are much faster tripping than circuit breakers and are rated to trip at the current rating on them. Circuit breakers, may carry a current slightly over the rated current which may be why it never happened before. The permanent solutions (if the overloaded circuit is the problem) would be to install a circuit solely for the washer and dryer or install a MCB with a higher current rating. The latter solution is not practical, however, since an overload on lower power devices may never reach the current rating of the MCB creating a hazardous shock potential.

First check to see if you have afloat switch inside the air handler ar underneath the air handler. Its purpose is to shut the outside ac off if the drain stops up. Very common. If this is OK take cover off unit and with screw driver push in the contactor. It is located about the middle of the panel. It has main power at the bottom. If unit comes on you cave a control voltage problem. Meaning something is not allowing 24 volts to the contactor. If your out of Refrigerant the low pressure swich will have it off. Call a service tech. Rusty

There is an internal cartridge fuse, as well as thermal fuses. It is not recommended that you attempt any internal repairs on a microwave due to the presence of very high voltages and the danger of microwave radiation if not reassembled correctly. Residential microwaves, if not under warrranty, are generally considered disposable. Parts and service are very expensive.

There is an internal fuse, however to access it the unit must come out. The outer case will need to be removed. The following link will take you to GE's website where you can get installation instructions. The fuse is available at ther parts site, but you can get a new on for less than a dollar at radio Shack. Take the fuse with you.
