Re:
The F2E1 error code on a Whirlpool Cabrio dryer indicates a problem with the user interface control board. Even though the buttons on the keypad appear to work, there may be an issue with the board that is preventing the dryer from starting.
One potential solution is to try resetting the dryer by unplugging it from the power source for at least one minute, then plugging it back in and attempting to start it again. If this does not resolve the issue, it may be necessary to replace the user interface control board.
It is recommended to contact a qualified technician or the manufacturer for assistance with replacing the control board, as working with electrical components can be dangerous if not done properly.

Is the dryer vent blocked with lint? If there is a restriction in air flow in the vent system, the dryer will stop. Make sure the vent path is completely clean even in the wall where the vent hose connects.
looks like you have a problem with the touch pad, abutton could be stuck or not responding, you can try unplugging it,get to the computer board and unplug the ribbon from the touch pad, reconnect it and try it,this sometimes resets the touch pad,if it doesn't you'll need to replace the touch pad.
it means 1 of 2 things, either a stuck key on the keypad or theres an interface mismatch on the keypad, run the diagnostics that are on a sheet of paper located under the control panel and it will tell you the exact problem
Hi,
If you are having problems with your gas dryer not heating the most common problem is that the ignitor goes bad. Even though it glows sometimes it is still not working properly.
if you dryer is gas check out this gas no heat tip....
If you have an electric dryer, you can have many different things that can go wrong causing the dryer not to heat.
you most likely have a bad motor. Motors run around 100 dollars since the machine is 20 years old it would be a good idea to replace it with a new dryer. if i were you i would stick with a whirlpool product.
Believe it or not, but on my Whirlpool Estate (Model: TES400PXHQ0)....after reading about this error, I looked at the sensor, and I noticed it was touching the metal on the inside of my oven. I moved the sensor away just by pulling on it to the center of the hole that was cut out for it, plugged the oven in....and didnt get a code at all....not even the PF code. So, I tried the oven out....expecting for it to beep at any second, and it didnt!!!!
So, in conclusion.....I guess by the sensor touching the metal on the inside, it couldnt get an accurate reading, so the computer threw out the infamous F3E0 error.
I've had this oven for 4 months and always had to stare at theF3E0 display (it was donated to me). Thanks for all who had done the research on this to point me in the right direction, as Whirlpool wanted someone to come out at $60 just to come out, then $80/hr!
