A message stating 'the equipment is blocked' essentially means that a problem was detected that *might* be a blockage against moving of the moving parts. This commonly can be owing to two things:
1. the upper and lower assemblies (i.e the upper is the console, the lower is the electronics or boards in the lower part of the treadmill, e.g. the motor controller board and brake board) have a fault in the communication between them. This indicates first that you need to check the cable between console and lower assemblies, and also to re-seat either end, or at minimum make sure there is no breakage or crimping in that cable or wire harness, between console and lower assembly and lower boards.

(In some models, (2) requires accessing the Low Kit Menu, to see whether there is a genuine error registered in the Low Kit Fault area of memory.)

Hi,

Please make sure there no debris stopping the seat from lowering. You can also apply a bit of cooking oil or olive oil along any metallic surfaces that the seat moves over to lower friction that might otherwise stop the seat from lowering to it's intended capability.

Assuming all the cables are ok, your display is probably dead and needs repaired. But more often than not the inverter is the problem.

If you have a way to swap it with another Technogym inverter I would try that first.

Equipment is blocked is unfortunately a common 'error' that shows up with Technogym, but it refers to a number of errors.

-Does your emergency stop swivel a lot, or is it fixed? If a cable has come off inside, that can be the cause.

-A loose cable running up the arm of the frame is the next thing to look at.

-Lastly, and most common is the motor controller has fried. It's a common thing with Technogym, and is an expensive repair. Technogym will tell you that you have to replace it, but since it's electronics it can be repaired, as long as someone knows what they are doing.

Where are you located?

I've got the same problem mate - technogym say you need to have an engineer to call round but it will be expensive...

if you are talking deck belt board is LUBE first with silicones or wax. see your instruction manual. or download from www.fitness.manualsonline. com 2) if you talking about for repair control board electronic see the diagram attached. I will NOT recommend to repair anything from the board unless you are expertise in advanced electronic. replace by new ones or by some tech.God bless you
