    no holdens in USA
but you said PACK, only one on the unstated engine, my ESP senses HV wires pulled at random. if not replace 1 by one you just messed up firing order for sure a coil pack with 2 HV wire set terminals, can not be mixed ever.
if you did that, only googling in your country
for Holden, secret year and engine size and firing order will find it.
or buy the service manual from Holden.
    good luck
if car has distributor it has only 1 coil pack.
and is not called pack just spark coil]
I sense wasted spark coil packs, 2 or more HV terminals.

Can I please see a diagram of spark plug leads attached to the coil pack

Here is a diagram showing the spark plug leads attached to a coil pack:

Ignition coil
Spark plug lead
Spark plug
In this diagram, the ignition coil is at the center and is connected to the spark plug leads, which are in turn connected to the spark plugs. The spark plugs are located at the end of each spark plug lead and are responsible for igniting the fuel in the engine's cylinders.

In a typical engine, there will be one ignition coil for each cylinder, and the spark plugs will be connected to the ignition coils through the spark plug leads. The ignition coil generates a high voltage electrical current, which is transmitted through the spark plug leads to the spark plugs. The spark plugs then use this electrical current to create a spark, which ignites the fuel in the engine's cylinders and powers the vehicle.

Changed spark plugs ht leads and coil and still the car is missing when i drive it wot am i missing

With the miss you have it could be a few things.
did you change all the coil packs?
did you refit the heat shields to the new spark plug needs as these can cause a miss .
it could be the electronic module under the coil pack.
it could be a faulty injector or fuel problem..
