Where do I download the alexa app on windows 10

I want to download the Alexa app on HP Pavillion running on windows ten. And being able to link my PC and my echo dot.

To download the Alexa app on a Windows 10 PC, you can follow these steps:

As of April 2019: The Amazon Alexa app is available on supported Fire OS, Android, and iOS devices. It appears there is no MacOS version at this time (there's not a Windows version either).
