With just the one not-so-sharp image of the watch back, it is hard to tell.
I suggest you take the watch to a jeweler in your area, where they sell genuine Armani watches and ask one of the individuals working there to evaluate the watch to determine if it is a genuine Armani Emporio watch. You may have to pay the jeweler for his / her time and expertise.
Note: I had to save the image you posted and enhance it with photo software and I still could not read all the printing on the back of the watch in the image.

One will still need to check with Armani directly regarding any serial number/s found on the watch band, on the exterior, or within the watch works to determine if the serial number/s are assigned to a genuine Emporio Armani wristwatch.
