Check water light on Bosch dishwasher

SGI45E15GB - faulkt light comes on mid cycle and puts wash on hold. Tried clearing outlet pipe (it was full of junk) and re-setting but still not right. Constant noise from Mushroom shape float sound like trying to fill/empty?

I think i would remove the outlet pipe take it to a yard water spicet and pressure blow it out to be sure it's clear then i would check where it connects on both ends to be sure those are clear then put it back together run it one cycle (empty) and see what happens.. it's also possible that the problem is from the screen in the water line going in.. being partially stopped up ... but i'm betting on the drain line.

Bosch classixx dishwasher starts cycle then says " check water" and then seems to do same thing again and again, pumping water in and draining it again

Probably jug impellor part number (424099) from espares, buyspares or bosch direct.
No fix unfortunately, this problem manifests as unit starts to fill and motor does not switch on. Eventually the unit overfills and the pump and fill start to alternate and check water light comes on. If this is the fault then this part is the solution it runs in line with the inlet valve and side fill chamber, take the left side panel off (looking from the front) it is tucked away behind the hoses bottom left (white plastic disc with two wire connection tag). Check water light can also come on if the unit is not pumping, if this is the case, repost and I will try and talk you through clearing this fault.

Check the wiring in the units junction box. Its located at the bottom right corner. You will likely find melted connectors. If so, you need to cut the wires back and replace these connectors. Make sure you turn the power off before doing any of this work of course. Good Luck.

I have a Bosch SHE55C05UC dishwasher and it just started to not wash properly and leave water in the pan below (first time it did not drain at all.. I tried the rinse/hold cycle and got the unit to drain...

I am assuming you have checked the filter and drain sump and there are no obstructions. Have you tried taking the drain pipe out of the sink downpipe and checking if it drains directly into the sink?

I am also assuming the wash cycle is completed when you open the dishwasher.
Do you hear the drain pump running?
Post your comment after you have checked the things I mentioned.

Bosch dishwasher shx55m with bottom tub full of water

The dishwasher really shouldn't pass any particles near large enough to clog the drain hose. It sounds more like a mechanical issue. Check the circuit breaker to make sure it's not tripped. See if you can hit a cancel button or something to make it drain. Try to run another cycle. If the computer is stuck or acting funny, trying cutting the power for a while, holding down a stop/reset/cancel button, or running a cycle that you don't usually run. I had this kitchenaid that would randomly refuse the normal wash cycle, but would run fine when you ran rinse only or something, then regular wash and everything would be fine again too. If the line somehow is clogged, there's a good chance it's right where the hose connects to the disposal or drain pipe.

On a Bosch dw, it has a light sensor to sense soil in the water.. if the control feels that the water going through the sensor is not clean/ or clean it will add or minus time..one thing you can do is make sure that your drain line from dw to sink drain is cleared of debris.. also, make sure you clean the filter at bottom of dw and make sure its reinstall correctly if you haven't already do so.. if your dw finish the cycle and come out clean, then the time on your dw is fine,, but if it don't finish and come out dirty.. then, it could be something other, but don't know til I get the full details on problem.. help this will do it for ya.. good luck.. mike

Hello Ramona Doug,
Try disconnecting power from your dishwasher for a few minutes to clear the memory and then reapply power again. Start a wash cycle without dishes on the hottest water setting and after a few minutes.. pause the wash and add a few cups of white vinegar to the wash water.,. that will help break up deposits in the system.. See if that gets you going properly.

My trusty Bosch s510 Dishwasher which has been going strong for about 17 years (at least) has just decided not to empty itself. I noticed the bottom was full of water after a wash. I emptied all the water...

Same problem, so went out and bought a new bosch. Problem with the S510 was cured by lubricating the pump out motor bearings with a squirt of WD 40. If you don't know which pump, follow outlet hose to pump outlet.
